If you are like most work at home job seekers, you probably have heard of Indeed.com but not of Indeed Crowd.
Indeed, the job search giant, recently rolled out a new way to make money called Indeed Crowd. Basically all you will be doing is submitting candidates to open positions posted on the site.
If your candidate is chosen, you will get paid.
Make $700-2500 Per Project with Indeed Crowd
Now that you have the basic idea, you can watch the video below for more details.
Let’s take the example from the video and look at it further. A position is open for a grinder tech and the reward is $1500. To find a qualified grinder tech you will have to do some digging.
To find candidates to fill the positions posted on the site, you can:
- Place ads on Craigslist.
- Check out Resumes on Craiglist.
- Do that same with Backpage.
- Indeed Crowd also suggests checking out LinkedIn.
- Be a little creative.
If you're good at this you could make some serious money. Just remember that submitting a candidate does not mean your candidate will be accepted.
The rewards, however, make the effort worth it in my opinion.
Please note, you will have to inform your candidates that you are a recruiter. Also, DO NOT POST ADS FOR OPEN POSITIONS ON INDEED. Your ad will be seen as a duplicate and purged.
Payment Information for Indeed Crowd
I imagine it is easier for Indeed to only send payment information to people who have actually had candidates accepted to positions. So, only people who have had a candidate they submitted accepted and hired will receive the W-9 form. These lucky few will also receive information for the direct deposit of their rewards.
It seems that the admin will not send payments to Paypal or by paper check, so make sure your account is in good standing.

If one of you candidates gets accepted I would love to hear about it in the comments section of this post.
